Senior Speech Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced speech pathology interventions focusing on swallowing and communication
• Drive innovation in clinic-based service models
• Provide specialist consultation for complex cases
• Mentor junior therapists and supervise students
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
• Support adolescents and adults with disabilities to achieve their personal goals

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
• Membership eligibility with Speech Pathology Australia
• Expertise in dysphagia and mealtime management
• Experience in evidence-based interventions for communication and swallowing
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
