Responsibilities
- Execute specification tracking and conversion to meet business goals
- Manage all project sales and business development activities
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, contractors, key accounts, and government bodies
- Ensure compliance with specifications and tenders in projects
- Promote MYK Laticrete solutions through technical presentations, site visits, and training programs
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support project execution
- Maintain detailed reports on specifications, conversions, and engagement activities
- Act as a pilot for new innovations and product launches to drive approvals and market rollout
- Achieve monthly and yearly targets set by management for all products
