Senior Specialty Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization
• Act as a sales leader to achieve territory targets through in-person and virtual engagement
• Develop and manage customer relationships by customizing interactions based on specific needs
• Ensure product access and assist in resolving or triaging reimbursement issues
• Analyze business effectiveness and territory data to develop strategic plans with the District Manager
• Provide feedback on marketing strategies and share best practices with colleagues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales or clinical experience in a healthcare/scientific field
• OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales or clinical experience in a healthcare/scientific field
• OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales or clinical experience in a healthcare/scientific field
• Advanced influencing and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• More than 3 years of sales, marketing, or clinical experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries
• Experience in specialty areas such as bone health, oncology, cardiology, or inflammation
• Local market knowledge of the Madison and La Crosse, WI area
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration
