Senior Specialist/Assistant Manager - FP&A

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards
• Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process by consolidating inputs and preparing templates
• Maintain and update financial models and trackers
• Prepare management reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Assist in cost tracking and spend analysis across departments
• Support reconciliations and audit-related documentation
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling and reporting processes through automation initiatives

Requirements

• CA or MBA qualification
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in FP&A or business analysis
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statements
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint
• Mandatory exposure to AI tools
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting
• Internship or work experience in FP&A, audit, or financial reporting
• Exposure to SaaS or technology companies
• Experience working with large datasets or automation tools
