Senior Specialist - Visual Merchandising

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards across all retail stores, shop-in-shops, showrooms, and key accounts in the region
• Partner with Key Account and Regional Merchandising teams to implement seasonal product narratives that optimize space productivity
• Manage end-to-end installation of shop-in-shops, showrooms, and seasonal changes, coordinating logistics and timelines
• Collaborate with Retail Design and Retail Marketing teams to execute high-impact in-store campaigns and launches
• Lead seasonal showroom setups for wholesale sell-in events to drive commercial confidence
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to adapt global training materials and develop regional visual merchandising tools
• Direct external visual merchandising agencies and field partners, providing actionable feedback and training
• Align with DTC channels to establish a unified and consistent brand presence

Requirements

• Over 5 years of visual merchandising experience in premium retail environments, preferably footwear or apparel
• Proven track record of executing complex window displays and large-scale in-store installations
• Experience managing external agencies and field execution networks
• Technical proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Deep understanding of premium lifestyle and performance retail segments
• Flexibility and availability to travel up to 30% of the time
