Senior Specialist Tester - Issuer Service & IPO

Responsibilities

• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for delivery teams.
• Perform regression testing, defect identification, logging and follow-up until closure.
• Ensure all test artifacts are produced and maintained: Test Strategy, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Test Data and Daily Status reports.
• Maintain accuracy of test management tools and ensure testing adherence to the testing framework.
• Maintain and enhance the automation framework; drive automation coverage and KPIs.
• Dedicate time to the Testing CoE guild activities and support capability uplift.
• Identify automation gaps, propose solutions and work with Testing CoE to implement improvements.
• Collaborate with business and development teams to ensure solution meets definition-of-done and integrates with existing systems.
• Support delivery timelines and produce Test Closure Reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years digital transformation experience and Agile delivery exposure.
• Strong automation engineering experience and familiarity with building/maintaining automation frameworks.
• Experience with Investment Banking, IPO, securities or crypto-related systems and flows.
• Strong coding and development practices; ability to author and review automated test scripts.
• Ability to quickly learn new testing tools and technologies and mentor peers.
