Senior Specialist - Taxation

Responsibilities

• Own multi-jurisdiction tax compliance, managing direct and indirect tax filings and payments across multiple regions.
• Build and implement compliance frameworks from scratch when entering new jurisdictions.
• Lead tax accounting processes, including current tax, deferred tax, provisions, and disclosures to ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Research and assess the tax implications of cross-border transactions, business activities, and structural changes.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and intercompany arrangements in coordination with external advisors.
• Monitor global tax law developments and identify business impacts proactively.
• Drive process improvement by using AI tools and automation to replace manual workflows and trackers.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of relevant tax experience with a strong foundation in corporate income tax.
• Extensive multi-jurisdiction exposure and experience managing multi-entity complexity.
• Comprehensive knowledge across direct tax, indirect tax, tax accounting, and transfer pricing.
• Proven ability to manage and challenge external tax consultants to ensure commercial relevance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate complex tax positions for finance and legal stakeholders.
• A systems-thinking mindset with a strong interest in automation and AI-enabled workflows.
