Senior Specialist - Taxation

Responsibilities

• Own multi-jurisdiction tax compliance, including direct and indirect tax, across multiple global regions.
• Manage tax accounting processes, including current tax, deferred tax, provisions, and disclosures to ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Research and assess the tax implications of cross-border transactions, business activities, and structural changes.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation, intercompany arrangements, and coordination with external tax advisors.
• Monitor global tax law developments and identify business impacts proactively.
• Drive process improvements by using AI tools and automation to reduce manual workflows and enhance monitoring quality.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of relevant tax experience, ideally with exposure to multi-entity complexity.
• Deep expertise in corporate income tax and a strong foundation in direct and indirect tax.
• Proven experience managing transfer pricing and tax risk management.
• Ability to manage and challenge external tax advisors to ensure maximum value and business alignment.
• Strong technical research skills and the ability to communicate complex tax positions to finance, legal, and business stakeholders.
• A systems-thinking mindset with a strong interest in automation and AI-enabled workflows.
