About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for business-critical, professional, and non-professional roles, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and offer development.
- Execute approved sourcing strategies to generate a diverse pool of qualified candidates through networking, direct sourcing, and social platforms.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for key roles and manage ongoing professional relationships with prospects.
- Lead campus recruitment efforts to identify and attract entry-level talent.
- Oversee the pre-employment process, including requisition creation, medical checks, and background screenings.
- Partner with legal and hiring teams to manage decision-making regarding pre-employment results.
- Maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) to ensure effective reporting and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in recruiting or Human Resources.
- 4+ years of specific experience in Plant recruitment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency with recruitment technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms.
