About the role

Responsibilities

  • Independently own full-cycle hiring across a defined retail area, managing search progress and candidate experience
  • Partner closely with Store Leaders and Area Leads to shape search strategy and improve decision-making
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines for recurring store roles and regional growth
  • Support key hiring moments including interview activity, hiring days, and store opening readiness
  • Maintain a regular presence in stores and local markets to understand team realities and support leaders on the ground
  • Use data and funnel insight to diagnose bottlenecks and improve hiring discipline
  • Partner with central Talent Attraction, Employer Brand, and People teams
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the evolution of Retail TA practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in fast-moving, people-intensive environments
  • Experience running full-cycle hiring independently
  • Ability to partner directly with senior stakeholders like Store and Area Leaders
  • Strong organizational and commercial judgment
  • Proficiency in using data and market insights to drive hiring decisions
