About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for Apparel and Accessories Product Creation roles
- Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, align on role profiles, and develop search strategies
- Drive sourcing, screening, stakeholder communication, and offer management
- Collaborate with recruiting coordination and TA operations to ensure smooth candidate experiences
- Use data and insights to support hiring decisions and improve search effectiveness
- Support broader TA initiatives such as tooling, processes, and employer branding
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on Product roles
- Experience in fast-paced and international environments
- Proven track record of hiring across disciplines within Product Creation
- Proactive sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Ability to partner with hiring managers and provide market insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in consumer goods, Luxury, or creative industries
- Keen awareness of global and cultural trends shaping the world of brands
