Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for Apparel and Accessories Product Creation roles
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, align on role profiles, and develop search strategies
• Drive sourcing, screening, stakeholder communication, and offer management
• Collaborate with recruiting coordination and TA operations to ensure smooth candidate experiences
• Use data and insights to support hiring decisions and improve search effectiveness
• Support broader TA initiatives such as tooling, processes, and employer branding

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on Product roles
• Experience in fast-paced and international environments
• Proven track record of hiring across disciplines within Product Creation
• Proactive sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and provide market insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in consumer goods, Luxury, or creative industries
• Keen awareness of global and cultural trends shaping the world of brands
