About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team to develop supply chain strategies and material execution plans for maritime programs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and internal/external customers, including Program Office, Engineering, and Finance.
- Manage the on-time completion of all material and subcontract program milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and manage Supply Chain Risks & Opportunities, communicating critical issues to stakeholders with solution-focused actions.
- Manage material financial budgets and forecasts, providing accurate variance explanations and input for formal EACs.
- Partner with Engineering and Operations to create schedule-based Material Requirements Plans (MRP).
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Active DoD Secret clearance required.
- Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain or Program Management execution across a Product Life Cycle.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project).
- Experience with SAP or Costpoint and material processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Control Account Manager (CAM) experience.
- PMP certification.
- Experience in Military and Commercial Aviation/Aerospace product development and production.
- Working knowledge of US Government acquisition laws, including FAR/DFARS and ITAR.
- Ability to travel as required.
