Senior Specialist - Statistics and Data Analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance enterprise data products, dashboards, and use-case frameworks within the Enterprise Command & Control (ECC) center.
• Lead the identification and prioritization of strategic data use cases across transport domains including roads, public transport, traffic, and mobility.
• Manage the full lifecycle of ECC data products, from problem definition and dashboard design to deployment and optimization.
• Integrate transport-related data from multiple operational systems to support real-time decision-making and situational awareness.
• Process, classify, and validate data to ensure high quality, timeliness, and fitness for analytics.
• Produce Business Requirement Specification (BRS) documents for interactive dashboards and analytical visuals.
• Manage ECC data-product and analytics projects, including budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
• Improve data pipelines and analytics workflows to enhance automation, accuracy, and usability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 6+ years of relevant experience if holding a Master's degree.
• 8+ years of relevant experience if holding a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven expertise in dashboard design and data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of big data technologies and IoT integration.
• Experience in managing data projects and working within data governance frameworks.
