Senior Specialist, Social

Responsibilities

• Lead all elements of social campaign launches, including setup, ad trafficking, and QA across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube, or Snap
• Perform day-to-day monitoring, management, analytics, and optimization of assigned campaigns
• Assist in the campaign planning process with recommendations for audience targeting and measurement
• Independently build and present campaign-related analyses, including audience deep dives, bid approaches, and creative analysis
• Implement optimizations and new strategies such as A/B testing and audience testing to improve ROI
• Ideate on new analytical methodologies and validate data through regular audits
• Manage media finance and billing needs for paid social campaigns
• Stay current with industry changes, specifically regarding social media and AI enhancements

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience working directly with paid social campaigns (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, etc.)
• 2+ years of professional experience in analytics, advertising, ad tech, or media
• High proficiency with Excel
• Strong foundational knowledge of math and statistics
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for interpreting data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing paid social campaigns through Sprinklr
• Prior agency experience
