Senior Specialist, ServiceNow Product Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement ServiceNow modules and custom applications across the platform.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, UI policies, business rules and integrations using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.
• Enhance internal UI/UX through custom widgets and portals using ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
• Integrate external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and mid-server configurations.
• Maintain platform performance, security, SOX compliance and user access controls.
• Support upgrades, testing cycles, documentation and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting and technical assessments for new plugin installations and configurations.
• Train and onboard new team members; support go-live and hyper-care phases.
• Contribute to process, standards and tooling improvements while ensuring coding and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5-8 years ServiceNow product delivery experience with demonstrable module ownership.
• ServiceNow Application expertise relevant to telecommunications / tower operations.
• Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ITIL are advantageous.
• Experience with platform analytics, dashboards and reporting setup.
• Strong HTML/CSS skills and experience building Service Portal widgets.
• Experience designing scalable solutions in multi-instance environments.
