Senior Specialist, Search

Responsibilities

• Lead all elements of search campaign launches, including setup, ad trafficking, and QA across platforms like Google, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads
• Perform day-to-day monitoring, management, and optimization of assigned campaigns to deliver ROI
• Assist in the campaign planning process with recommendations for audience targeting and measurement
• Independently build and present campaign-related analyses, including audience deep dives, bid approaches, and creative analysis
• Drive and implement new strategies such as A/B testing and new bid approaches to improve performance
• Ideate on new analytical methodologies and validate data through regular audits
• Manage media finance and billing needs for paid search campaigns

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience working directly with paid search platforms (Google, Microsoft Ads, or Apple Search Ads)
• 2+ years of professional experience in analytics, advertising, ad tech, or media
• High proficiency with Excel
• Strong foundational knowledge of math and statistics
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting work to internal teams and clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing $1M+ budgets independently
• Prior agency experience
