Senior Specialist, SCMM Compliance & Supplier Diversity

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with supply chain policies, FAR/DFARS government regulations, and small business requirements.
• Write procedures, requirements, and work instructions supporting supplier diversity and compliance.
• Collect, document, monitor, and analyze the supply base for business size and small business classification compliance.
• Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting records for internal and federal customer requirements.
• Support supplier outreach, relationship building, and the development of subcontracting plans.
• Evaluate Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements for small business utilization and participation.
• Conduct routine compliance reviews on procurement files to document operational quality and identify risks.
• Assist in training buyers on small business requirements and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant Government Supplier Diversity or Compliance experience; OR Graduate Degree and 4 years of relevant experience; OR 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 4 years of experience working with Government contracts and FAR/DFARS regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and processes affecting procurement.
• Lean or Six Sigma process improvement experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
