About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales force effectiveness and reporting for the Spanish market, analyzing market dynamics to develop commercial recommendations
  • Manage CRM (Veeva) adoption, providing training, support, and troubleshooting for the sales team
  • Prepare the field force for strategic business expansions, including territory realignment, new targets, and segmentation
  • Review SFE KPI metrics to ensure compliance and consult with Sales & Commercial Directors on remedial actions
  • Develop and maintain reporting with relevant metrics and KPIs using Power BI and Veeva for business reviews
  • Partner with Sales Management to build and maintain sales processes in Salesforce to track opportunities and key activities
  • Collaborate with marketing and global IT to develop product learning materials and sustainable digital health tool reporting
  • Support internal EMEA reporting processes, including Commercial Demand Reviews (CDR) and Last Best Estimate (LBE) cycles
  • Participate in 5-year strategic planning by contributing commercial and strategic insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management or Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
  • Proficiency in Veeva CRM and Power BI
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong analytical, training, interpersonal, and management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree
  • Experience in Sales, Sales Management, Learning & Development, or healthcare analytics within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills regarding market dynamics
