Senior Specialist - Retail Operations

Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end processes for programs and initiatives impacting the retail store environment
• Develop innovative systems and processes to improve retail store efficiency
• Improve communication channels between HQ and retail store teams, including intranet management
• Act as a change champion to optimize workflows and collaboration across departments
• Manage and prioritize complex work streams and deliverables
• Drive execution of yearly initiatives set by Global Retail Store teams
• Serve as a subject matter expert on retail pillars including people, product, operations, community, and marketing

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retail operations or project management
• Experience in the sports industry is a plus
• Proven ability to use data and metrics for decision-making
• Strong systems thinking in program management and process improvement
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and prioritization
• Familiarity with retail store technologies
• Knowledge of logistics and inventory management systems is a plus
