Senior Specialist Retail Network

Responsibilities

• Support the European-wide rollout of the smart retail format and new CI/CD at all Points of Sales
• Define and create smart agent contracts for both Legal Entity and General Distributor markets
• Organize and prepare meetings with the executive board and dealer associations
• Define and track target-relevant KPIs in alignment with market Network Managers
• Implement retail audit processes to ensure agent compliance with sales standards
• Contribute to sustainable network strategy by evaluating potential and existing General Distributor markets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Experience in the automotive industry, specifically in network development, sales, or management consulting
• Strong understanding of dealer/agent operations and direct sales approaches
• Experience with contract creation, remuneration systems, and maintaining relationships with investors or dealers
• Highly analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and presentation skills
• Business fluent English; proficiency in German or other European languages is a plus
