Senior Specialist - Retail Allocator

Responsibilities

• Manage allocation and replenishment to ensure the right product is in the right place by monitoring performance and adjusting flows based on sales and stock levels
• Support the shift from forecast-driven to demand-led replenishment by using data and system insights to refine allocation decisions
• Analyze sales, stock, and size performance at SKU and store level to identify missed sales opportunities and stock imbalances
• Contribute to the rollout and improvement of allocation tools and processes
• Support communication between central and local teams by simplifying complex topics

Requirements

• 4+ years in Retail Allocation, Retail Planning, or Retail Analytics within apparel, footwear, or lifestyle brands
• Strong analytical mindset with understanding of retail KPIs such as sell-through, stock cover, and size performance
• Experience with next generation AI-powered allocation systems
• Ability to identify risks and opportunities early and act accordingly
• Continuous improvement mindset and openness to change
