Senior Specialist - QHSS Office

Responsibilities

• Execute quality, health, safety, and sustainability (QHSS) activities to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and contractual requirements
• Deploy and review QHSS plans to update policies, organizational structures, procedures, and KPIs in line with sector practices
• Facilitate participation in excellence-related activities, including DGEP and EFQM awards
• Prepare and implement inspection and audit programs for departments, projects, and service providers
• Deploy QHSS audit plans and ensure remedial recommendations are implemented across concerned departments
• Facilitate the implementation of ISO standards certification or re-certification at the sector level
• Manage QHSS systems and processes for timely reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
• Facilitate hazard and risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and accident investigations
• Deliver training needs, knowledge sharing, and awareness programs relevant to QHSS management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (requires 8+ years of experience) or a Master's degree (requires 6+ years of experience) in a related field
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards
• Knowledge of DGEP and EFQM frameworks
• Experience in managing quality, health, safety, and sustainability systems
