About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and related planning artifacts for Tier One Programs.
- Perform critical path, schedule risk, logic, baseline, and schedule health assessments.
- Support Earned Value Management (EVMS) activities through schedule statusing, variance analysis, and compliant scheduling practices.
- Integrate schedule inputs across functional organizations including engineering, finance, material, manufacturing, and quality.
- Track schedule performance, identify logic conflicts, and support resolution of schedule issues.
- Prepare schedule status, milestone, and risk information for program and functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to the refinement of program planning processes, tools, and reporting methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, STEM, or a related field with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Or, a Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Or, 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Experience supporting DoD programs in a FAR/DFARS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead planning and scheduling for large, high-visibility government programs.
- Strong working knowledge of Monte Carlo schedule risk analysis.
- Experience with Structured Solutions Incorporated (SSI) tools.
- Knowledge of Space Systems programs and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
