About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and coordinate Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support program objectives and contractual requirements.
  • Perform detailed schedule analysis, including critical path analysis, resource loading, and cost/schedule integration.
  • Utilize Gantt charts, milestone charts, and earned value management (EVM) to monitor progress and identify performance variances.
  • Conduct Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) on key programs to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to develop and maintain work package schedules.
  • Lead scheduling status reviews and provide regular updates to program leadership.
  • Mentor program teams and Control Account Managers (CAMs) in scheduling best practices and EVM methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR a Graduate Degree with 4+ years of experience, OR 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), including baseline management and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA).
  • Experience with schedule health metrics, such as the DCMA 14-point check and metric analysis (e.g., BEI, CPLI, SPI).
  • United States Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
