Senior Specialist, Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of aircraft modification and sustainment contracts from inception through completion
• Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives, including revenue recognition and operating income
• Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned programs
• Participate in the negotiation of contracts and contract changes
• Analyze bids and assist in the development of WBS, deliverables, schedules, and cashflow forecasts
• Act as the primary customer contact, leading program review sessions to ensure seamless execution
• Collaborate with technical, manufacturing, and administrative functions to improve systems and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience, OR
• Graduate Degree and minimum 4 years of prior related experience, OR
• Minimum of 10 years of prior related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Aircraft maintenance or modification experience
• Active Secret DoD security clearance
• Experience with Earned Value (EV) reporting and tracking
• Direct program and proposal management experience
• Experience planning, scheduling, and organizing proposals
• Background in Engineering/Sustainment, Planning, Procurement, Material Program Management, or Manufacturing
