Senior Specialist, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional program teams to deliver maritime imaging and submarine system capabilities on schedule, within scope, and on budget
• Manage the full project lifecycle in accordance with contractual requirements and company standards
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and budgets using Earned Value Management (EVM) processes
• Monitor and mitigate project risks and opportunities within a dynamic international environment
• Serve as the primary stakeholder interface for internal leadership, international customers, suppliers, and partners
• Ensure strict compliance with local laws, export controls (ITAR/EAR), and contractual obligations
• Support business development activities, including proposals, change control, and negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading a portfolio with reportable Earned Value
• Advanced knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Working knowledge of ITAR/EAR regulations
• Active Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Prior experience as a Program Manager for international customers or major prime contractors
• Experience with undersea systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
