Senior Specialist, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Serve as Deputy Program Manager to support the F-35 TR3 product line
• Coordinate program execution across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance departments
• Establish program performance metrics and develop management plans to achieve budget, schedule, and technical objectives
• Monitor and report performance against contract requirements, forecasts, and internal goals using program management tools
• Identify, assess, and manage program risks, issues, and opportunities
• Lead or participate in Integrated Product Teams to drive execution and eliminate non-value-added costs
• Track key indicators including schedule performance, cost performance, and Estimate at Completion (EAC)
• Communicate resource needs and program requirements across cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience, OR
• Graduate Degree with 4 years of relevant experience, OR
• 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Ability to obtain a US government security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Test and/or Operations Management
• Proficiency in schedule planning and management
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
• Experience in electronics manufacturing environments
