About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage cost, revenue, cash, and schedule requirements for tactical communications programs in the Asia Pacific region
- Oversee program lifecycles from proposal generation and submission through to program close-out
- Ensure availability of essential resources including engineering, finance, and subcontracts to meet delivery targets
- Formulate and execute long-term plans for cost and profit control
- Partner with the Sales team to secure new orders, formulate requirements, and expedite orders
- Collaborate with customers to determine scope, technical requirements, and new business opportunities
- Monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identifying and resolving program issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant Program Management experience, OR
- Graduate Degree and 4 years of relevant Program Management experience, OR
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
- Willingness to travel to the Asia Pacific region up to 20% of the time
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays) to accommodate international time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- PMI certification and experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience managing military communication or information systems integration
- International business experience or experience living abroad
- Knowledge of ITAR and international Export Compliance regulations
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Vietnamese, Bengali, Malay, or Pyojuneo)
- Experience working with geographically dispersed and multi-national teams
