Senior Specialist, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, revenue, cash, and schedule requirements for tactical communications programs in the Asia Pacific region
• Oversee program lifecycles from proposal generation and submission through to program close-out
• Ensure availability of essential resources including engineering, finance, and subcontracts to meet delivery targets
• Formulate and execute long-term plans for cost and profit control
• Partner with the Sales team to secure new orders, formulate requirements, and expedite orders
• Collaborate with customers to determine scope, technical requirements, and new business opportunities
• Monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identifying and resolving program issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant Program Management experience, OR
• Graduate Degree and 4 years of relevant Program Management experience, OR
• 10 years of relevant experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
• Willingness to travel to the Asia Pacific region up to 20% of the time
• Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays) to accommodate international time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI certification and experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience managing military communication or information systems integration
• International business experience or experience living abroad
• Knowledge of ITAR and international Export Compliance regulations
• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Vietnamese, Bengali, Malay, or Pyojuneo)
• Experience working with geographically dispersed and multi-national teams
