Senior Specialist, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Act as a Program Manager and IPT Leader for a Foreign Military Sales tactical special mission aircraft program.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned contract scope and proposals.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Contracts, Legal, Finance, Quality, and Security.
• Build trust-based relationships with internal teams, customers, peers, and leadership.
• Deliver regular presentations and status updates to leadership and external stakeholders.
• Direct the work of functional employees to ensure execution meets established schedules and milestones.
• Develop and maintain performance baselines for suppliers to support overall program success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 4 years of related experience, or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing sustainment projects for military ISR platforms.
• Experience in customer liaison roles, specifically interfacing with high-level customer representatives.
• Proven ability to support multiple efforts and adapt to changing priorities in high-pressure situations.
• Strong professional communication skills with the ability to engage executive leadership.
