Senior Specialist, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost, schedule, and technical execution to ensure program success
• Identify and communicate issues to customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Prepare and deliver program presentations and monthly reviews for customers and corporate leadership
• Interface with government stakeholders and contractor leadership
• Review and approve financial deliverables, including Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Funds and Man-Hour Reports (FMHR)
• Oversee and negotiate contract and subcontract documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
• Gather procurement requirements and coordinate purchases through multiple vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with 4+ years of experience
• 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience leading a highly visible and fast-paced portfolio
• Advanced level knowledge leading a portfolio with reportable Earned Value
• Knowledge of ITAR/EAR regulations
• Active Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Prior experience as a Program Manager to international customers or major prime contractors
• Experience with undersea systems
