Senior Specialist, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of programs including planning, execution, strategy, and management
• Drive program action to achieve business and financial objectives for orders, revenue, profit, and cash flow
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for designated project areas
• Act as the primary customer contact for program activities, including proposal development and negotiations
• Coordinate program support, production, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveries
• Develop and implement plans for follow-on production programs
• Provide guidance to project teams to resolve complex technical or operational problems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of relevant program management experience
• Graduate Degree with 4 years of relevant program management experience
• 10 years of prior related program management experience in lieu of a degree
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in an appropriate discipline
• Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
• Demonstrated managerial level of leadership
• Extensive knowledge of financial management and business development practices
• Experience with DoD contract execution
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
