Senior Specialist Program Finance

Responsibilities

• Manage complex program financial processes and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) data integrity for multiple programs.
• Utilize Cobra and SAP toolsets for forecasting FPA metrics, profitability, and cash flow.
• Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis against financial plans.
• Create and maintain program baseline budgets and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) deliverables.
• Prepare moderately complex proposal cost estimates and pricing data.
• Support internal and external audits for assigned programs.
• Mentor junior team members and provide ad hoc financial analysis as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related analytical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience (or 4 years with a Graduate degree).
• Proven expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts and processes.
• Hands-on experience with COBRA and SAP toolsets.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• US citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience managing financials for highly visible programs or government contracts.
• Knowledge of contract types such as CPAF, CPFF, T&M, and FFP.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or EVMP.
• Experience in a leadership development program.
