Senior Specialist Procurement, Global Travel

Responsibilities

• Execute global category management including sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for airlines, hotels, car rentals, and T&E technology providers.
• Manage procurement activities within the Travel and Expense, Fleet, and Global Mobility categories.
• Support category strategies through market research, data analysis, and detailed reporting.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and facilitate issue resolution.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business requirements and timelines.
• Support contract lifecycle activities, including negotiations and renewals.
• Identify and implement process improvements and incremental cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide executive reporting on T&E spending, savings, and sourcing outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5–8 years of experience in T&E procurement, sourcing, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of procurement processes and commercial practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate independently on routine and moderately complex tasks.
