Senior Specialist - Procurement Category Manager Consumables

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category management strategies for consumables including corrugate, tape, and void fill
• Lead sourcing activities and RFP management for packaging initiatives
• Establish and maintain relationships with global packaging vendors
• Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize packaging design and reduce TCO
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across supply chain, operations, and finance
• Create standardized operational reporting for spend and supplier performance
• Troubleshoot consumables supply chain issues and implement optimization plans
• Collaborate with sustainability teams to implement eco-friendly packaging materials

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, category management, or specialized packaging
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Expertise in packaging performance and distribution efficiency
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Proficiency with modern sourcing tools such as Ariba or Coupa
• Strong data-driven business case development skills
