About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the client organization's strategy, goals, and people implications to act as a thought partner
- Ensure consistent implementation of people processes, policies, and standards by leaders and managers
- Partner with functional pillars such as Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards, and Talent Management
- Use data and analytics to handle and reduce people risk
- Monitor evolving regulatory influences and their implications for the organization
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity when managing sensitive employee information
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional HR experience as a strategic people partner
- Experience in Employee Relations (ER) within high-growth or transforming organizations
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High standards for work quality and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Workday HCM
