Senior Specialist, Parts Logistics

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance capabilities across the parts logistics function
• Develop and optimize logistics processes for order fulfillment, transportation, warehousing, and packaging
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure logistics processes are supported by ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms
• Define and track key logistics KPIs including delivery performance, cost, accuracy, and cycle time
• Establish process governance and documentation standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in parts logistics, supply chain operations, or process improvement
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems
• Strong process improvement mindset (Lean or Six Sigma)
• Experience with business requirements gathering
• Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
• Experience in an aftersales or service parts environment
