About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance capabilities across the parts logistics function
- Develop and optimize logistics processes for order fulfillment, transportation, warehousing, and packaging
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure logistics processes are supported by ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms
- Define and track key logistics KPIs including delivery performance, cost, accuracy, and cycle time
- Establish process governance and documentation standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in parts logistics, supply chain operations, or process improvement
- Experience working with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems
- Strong process improvement mindset (Lean or Six Sigma)
- Experience with business requirements gathering
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
- Experience in an aftersales or service parts environment
