Senior Specialist, Marketing Operations

Responsibilities

• Support RFP development by gathering requirements and managing vendor selection processes
• Act as an escalation point for reservation-holder asset issues and data investigations
• Own marketing and CRM reporting by building and maintaining dashboards in Sigma
• Maintain high standards for marketing and CRM data hygiene and documentation
• Manage Jira as the primary project and workflow tool for marketing operations
• Coordinate CRM campaign projects from intake through launch
• Partner with UX, Talent Community, and Community Affairs teams on CRM initiatives
• Track marketing spend and campaign performance to ensure operational efficiency
• Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and project documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of hands-on marketing operations experience
• Experience supporting RFP processes and vendor selection
• Proven experience coordinating multi-stakeholder CRM initiatives
• Advanced Jira experience (project setup, workflows, and ticket management)
• Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience supporting campaigns and data quality
• Strong Sigma experience including querying and building dashboards
• Practical experience using AI tools for analysis and operational efficiency
