About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies enhanced with AI-driven anomaly detection
  • Deploy and train others on AI/ML tools using Palantir Foundry, Python, and advanced analytics platforms
  • Monitor manufacturing processes using AI-enhanced PowerBI Dashboards and PowerApps to predict quality outcomes
  • Integrate AI solutions with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms
  • Manage large, complex, cross-functional project initiatives involving digital transformation and advanced manufacturing technologies
  • Provide expert guidance and formal training to engineers on AI tool development and digital manufacturing best practices
  • Estimate and track manufacturing costs using AI-driven cost modeling and predictive analytics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field with 6+ years of experience including AI/ML application
  • OR Graduate Degree with 4+ years of related experience
  • OR 10+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience with demonstrated AI/ML expertise
  • Proficiency in developing AI-driven solutions for manufacturing optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced statistical software (PowerBI, PowerApps, Minitab, JMP)
  • Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI)
  • Knowledge of Industrial IoT platforms and data historians (Ignition SCADA, OSIsoft PI)
  • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings with GD&T
  • Familiarity with Palantir, MES, MRP, and PLM systems
