Senior Specialist, IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as interface between IT and technical/operations application functions to align business and technology needs.
• Collaborate across operating companies to identify, analyse and prioritise demand according to strategic and technology roadmaps.
• Gather requirements, prepare recommendations, and drive business cases from conception through delivery and sunset.
• Develop and maintain project and enhancement roadmaps aligned with business priorities, IT capacity and dependencies.
• Partner with enterprise architecture and operations to design solutions that support business processes and enterprise strategy.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and serve as portfolio manager to prioritise business demand and oversee solution rollouts.
• Own and manage strategic relationships with vendors for project deliveries and ensure customer-centric IT service delivery.
