Senior Specialist, Internal Communications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy for internal communication campaigns to drive employee engagement
• Develop high-impact content for Slack, newsletters, and emails with a consistent voice and visual identity
• Partner across global labels and departments to ensure timely and consistent messaging
• Maintain a central repository for communications materials and a coordinated content calendar
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts to provide actionable insights
• Pilot AI-driven tools to automate workflows and modernize communication functions

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Mastery of writing and editing for complex corporate narratives
• Proven track record of architecting and rolling out end-to-end internal comms plans
• Digital fluency with CMS, email platforms, and multimedia creation tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-priority projects
