Senior Specialist, Internal Communication and Engagement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and sharing communication materials such as emails, newsletters, posters, and intranet content
• Support the coordination of employee engagement programs, including events, workshops, and recognition activities
• Help collect and organize content from various teams for communication campaigns
• Draft simple communication content such as announcements and event invitations under guidance
• Support the creation of basic visual materials using templates and assist in documenting events through photography
• Compile participation data and engagement feedback to support reporting and metric tracking
• Collaborate with internal HR, Operations, and Admin teams to support engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of experience (internship or activity-based experience is a plus)
• Fluency in both Thai and English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Forms, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools
• Experience in content creation or event coordination
