Senior Specialist Infrastructure Management

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage facility management projects within the scope of infrastructure supply and technical services
• Lead and execute projects within the assigned area of responsibility
• Perform design planning for infrastructure, focusing on HVAC, chemical, cooling, and process chilled water systems
• Create and revise technical documentation, including 2D and 3D installation and piping plans using AutoCAD and Revit
• Conduct feasibility studies and coordinate with relevant departments
• Monitor the proper operation of assigned trades and manage continuous improvement processes
• Perform technical calculations, such as dynamic and static loads, heat/cooling requirements, and media consumption

Requirements

• B. Eng. in Technical Building Equipment (TGA) or a comparable field
• Practical experience in TGA planning, ideally within the semiconductor industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (2D and 3D)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a structured working style
• Fluent German and basic English skills
