Senior Specialist, Industrial Security (CPSO)

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all security-related issues, including SCIF operations, personnel security, and physical security compliance
• Implement national security directives with emphasis on NISPOM and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs)
• Administer personnel security requirements, including access briefings, clearance maintenance, and report preparation
• Create and track annual security training, new hire briefings, and security debriefings for cleared employees
• Manage operations of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) in accordance with governing directives
• Formulate and execute security policies, procedures, and protocols consistent with NISPOM and ICD requirements
• Interface with external customers, including Government agencies, associate contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure continuous physical security integrity for the facility and accredited secure work areas
• Provide leadership on special projects and assist with security process standardization across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, OR Graduate Degree and 4 years of experience, OR 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Active TS/SCI security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Cleared Defense Contractor (CDC) supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or DoD programs
• Completion of an accredited/approved CSSO course or other professional security certifications
• Experience using security management software and applications
• Knowledge of ICD 705 Standards and Supplement Information system security
• Adjudicated CI polygraph
