Senior Specialist II, Spares Service

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand, supply, and inventory plans to support customer requirements and meet SLAs
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess inventory
• Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, managing escalations and conducting regular demand reviews
• Partner with engineering teams on product lifecycle management, NPI, and Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted material flow
• Develop forecasting reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve supply chain efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, customer service, operations, or engineering support
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in a customer-facing or cross-functional planning role

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, or similar certification
• Experience in semiconductor, industrial equipment, manufacturing, or high-tech industries
• Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and engineering change management
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
