Senior Specialist II, SCM Planning

Responsibilities

• Oversee product-level demand planning for Network Products and consolidate account-level forecasts into a companywide demand plan
• Create and validate forecasts using inputs from Sales, Global Operations, and Account Program Management
• Manage inventory optimization within distribution centers and monitor KPIs including sales, aging, and forecast accuracy
• Identify supply constraints and develop recovery plans to ensure supply chain continuity
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage direct-shipment processes and expedite shipments to meet customer delivery dates
• Maintain internal SAP ERP systems, including orders, customer data, and lead time tables
• Provide weekly and daily supply chain management reporting to senior leadership and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or a related field
• Proven experience managing a product category from a supply chain perspective
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Korean language skills are considered an asset
