Senior Specialist, Identity & Access Management

Responsibilities

• Manage and secure identity and access management (IAM) frameworks across the organization
• Develop and implement robust security protocols to protect organizational assets
• Oversee the lifecycle of user identities, including provisioning, authentication, and de-provisioning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and secure access to critical systems
• Monitor IAM systems for potential vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles and technologies
• Proven experience in a senior-level cybersecurity or IAM role
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards
• Ability to design and manage complex access control models
