Senior Specialist I, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Partner with and advise hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
• Identify and source diverse talent for permanent, fixed-term, and internship roles
• Build robust talent pipelines for business growth and succession planning
• Execute direct sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks to reduce agency spend
• Conduct in-depth consultation meetings with hiring managers to align sourcing with role requirements
• Provide expert counsel on resourcing matters to HR and the wider Talent Acquisition team
• Ensure a highly positive candidate experience through the entire assessment and offer process
• Use data-driven insights to report on recruitment activity and the resourcing lifecycle
• Support the embedding of global processes while adhering to local laws and regulations

Requirements

• 5-7 years of recruiting or talent advisory experience within a fast-paced high-tech company
• Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management
• Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to build talent pipelines
• Deep understanding of labour markets and recruitment trends
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners in a virtual/global capacity
