Senior Specialist I, Marketing & Communication

Responsibilities

• Execute growth strategy for the official corporate NAVER blog, including SEO and algorithm optimization
• Manage local Korean agencies to drive brand awareness and support regional channel management (e.g., WeChat)
• Support the global social media content pipeline and execute B2B influencer programs
• Coordinate digital campaigns using tracking mechanisms like UTMs to measure impact on brand awareness and lead generation
• Partner with the Global Digital Lead to track, analyze, and report on cross-regional content and channel performance

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the B2B technology industry
• Deep expertise in NAVER platform management
• Fluency in English
• Proven track record in executing digital campaigns to drive social media channel growth
• Experience with Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or video editing tools
• Proficiency in Chinese or Japanese
• Experience with LinkedIn and Instagram optimization
