About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the SAP S4H Order to Cash process as the primary focal point for customer service.
- Handle spares ordering and processing, including urgent customer order expedites and consignment replenishment.
- Verify and track customer backorders and ensure 100% accuracy in billing, including processing credits and debits.
- Interface with internal and external customers to support cross-functional departments and balance workloads.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports regarding on-time delivery for customers.
- Collaborate with Global Planners to adjust stocking levels to meet customer demand.
- Follow all company and customer-specific processes, such as RMA and FA.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of customer service experience, preferably within a high-tech environment.
- Proficiency in SAP with a strong understanding of ERP/MRP.
- Demonstrated experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and/or Materials Management (MM) modules.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support global business requirements and potential travel to customer sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Accounting.
- Experience managing "Tool Down" events and high-pressure customer situations.
