About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation, maintenance, and standardization of HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps
  • Document HR system configurations, data flows, and compliance protocols
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure adherence to internal policies and labor laws
  • Identify bottlenecks in HR workflows and propose process improvements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries
  • Design, generate, and distribute HR reports and dashboards for executive leadership and shareholders
  • Manage day-to-day data integrity within enterprise HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors
  • Partner with HRIS administrators to troubleshoot data errors and support system updates

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, Compliance, or analytical HR roles
  • Proven track record of documenting complex workflows and creating procedural manuals
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, macros)
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-level HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
  • Experience generating reports for executive leadership or board members
  • Exceptional technical writing skills for process documentation and visual mapping
  • Deep understanding of HR compliance, confidentiality, and data privacy laws
